How does check-in work?
The check-in is simple and fully digital: via Email or WhatsApp you will receive a link to register and immediately after the code to access your apartment.
Can I choose my apartment?
Apartments are assigned automatically based on availability at the time of booking. All apartments are similar, differing only in color and a few other details.
Are there stairs in the apartment?
The apartment is on the first floor without an elevator and has additional stairs inside. It is not suitable for people who have difficulty climbing stairs.
Is there a reception?
Instead of a physical reception, our Virtual Assistant is always available. For urgent matters, contact us by phone, otherwise via WhatsApp or email.
What time can I arrive?
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM.
What is included in the price?
Bed linen, towels, free Wi-Fi, final cleaning, and tourist tax are included in the price. No hidden costs. Also included: the South Tyrol Guest Pass.
Where can I have breakfast?
You can have breakfast at the Pepper Lounge, Piazza Domenicani 38. You pay a small extra charge and get a 10% discount by telling the bar that you are a Pepper Suite guest.
Are pets allowed?
Some apartments allow pets on request. Contact us before booking, an additional fee may apply.
Where can I unload my luggage?
You can stop briefly in front of the apartment to unload your luggage. Use the access via Via dei Cappuccini, which leads directly to the entrance.
Are there parking spaces available?
Yes, there are public parking spaces nearby, no more than a 5-minute walk from the apartment, for example, WaltherPark, Piazza Walther, Bolzano Centro, Lauben Parking Portici.
